Spartak Moscow – Sevilla
Both teams gained reasonably good conditions during recent games in national football competitions, but even though the match will take place in Moscow, we predict a close win of Sevilla – their biggest advantage is their broad international experience. Prediction: 1-2

NK Maribor – Liverpool
Undoubtedly, there is a big difference in class between these two teams, but home ground and certain fatigue of Liverpool (on Saturday the Reds have a battle against Manchester United) leave a tiny room for surprise in this game. However, we believe that nothing like that will happen and Jurgen Klopp will not underestimate Slovenian champion. Prediction: 0-2

Group G
Feyenoord – Shakhtar Donetsk
During first two games versus same teams, Shakhtar looked more interesting in comparison to their opponents. Ukrainian champion is likely not to lose and, maybe, win in this away game. Prediction: 0-1

Man City – Napoli
The tremendous shape of Citizens in the current season place the overwhelming majority of their opponents into a position where they have to think how to avoid a loss with a lopsided score. We believe that the current leader of Serie A will not become an exception in this matter. Prediction: 2-0

Group F
Monaco – Besiktas
In this match last year’s semifinalist of the Champions League will test Besiktas, sudden leader of this quartet. Even without Kylian Mbappe and Bernardo Silva Monaco is still capable of showing their class and should to win here. Prediction: 2-0

RB Leipzig – FC Porto
In our opinion, Dragons’ vast international experience will be a decisive factor in this game. Porto is likely not to lose this match and most probably, it will be a close win. Prediction: 1-2

Group H
Apoel Nicosia – Borussia Dortmund
It is simply impossible that after two losses in the starting games a BundesLiga leader will lose points on Cyprus. Most likely Aubameyang and Co will even aim to correct their negative goal difference. Prediction: 0-3

Real Madrid – Tottenham Hotspur
This game of the Group H leaders promises to be one of the most interesting and watchable in whole Week 3. However, it will be a real surprise if Spurs will get at least one point on Los Blancos home ground – Zinedine Zidane’s squad is usually very motivated in the Champion’s League’s matches. Prediction: 3-1

CSKA Moscow – Basel
There’s no significant difference in class between Militarians and champion of Switzerland and both teams look quite unstable this season. Even though both clubs will aim to get 3 points, we predict a draw in this game. Prediction: 1-1

Benfica – Manchester United
Seems it is not going to be a right time for Benfica to improve their terrible tournament position. The Manchester United team takes their Champions League endeavor in a serious way and Jose Morinho is going to bring nothing less than a victory from his Motherland. Prediction: 0-2

Group B
Bayern Munich – Celtic
This game is likely to become a hammering of always-spirited Scots. Bayern Munich players have many reasons for that: home ground, new coach to impress, unsatisfying tournament position. Prediction: 4-0

Anderlecht – PSG
Pretty much the same story is likely to happen in the other match of this group. Without a doubt, French League 1 is not a good irritator for Neymar and other stars of the team, they joined the club to win the Champions League. Now all this power will spring on a champion of Belgium. Prediction: 0-3

Group C
FK Quarabag – Atletico Madrid
A participation in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League is already a success for Azerbaidzhan team; the Mattressers visit to this country is already an event and nobody will mind if Diego Simeone’s team will make off with 3 points from here. Prediction: 0-2

Chelsea – Roma
This match is likely to be the most hard-to-predict on Matchday 2. Even though Chelsea is obviously a favorite on their home ground, we all know how strong tactically are all Italian teams. Prediction: 0-0

Group D
Juventus – Sporting
In this match the Old Lady is not going to lose points needed to advance to the next stage. Moreover, with all due respect Sporting Lisbon is not a team that can gain them on Allianz Stadium. We expect a confident victory of Massimiliano Allegri’s squad. Prediction: 3-0

Barcelona – Olympiakos
This is another game where everything is just against the underdog. The question is only how many goals Messi and Co will score. Prediction: 4-0
